Warrantee
Information:
All products available on
our web site have specific warrantees provided by
the manufactures of these products. Security
Products, Inc. will not be responsible for any
additional costs incurred by the customer for labor
or materials associated with the warrantee
replacement of these products. Please call for
specific warrantee information.
Shipping
Information:
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
Rates are for U.S. Shipping
only. (Contiguous 48 States) Products will be
shipped by UPS Ground or by a Commercial Freight
Carrier as Appropriate. Please call for U.P.S.
Expedited Shipping Costs.
International Orders will be processed using U.P.S.
Expedited Shipping. Please call for International
Shipping rates.
Returns:
No returns will be accepted
without prior consent including a "Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number".
Returns must be received in
"like-new" condition within 15 days after the RMA is
issued. Authorized returns must be freight prepaid.
All claims for replacement of products, regardless
of cause, must be submitted within 10 days of
receipt of merchandise.
All returned merchandise
will require a minimum restocking charge of 20% in
addition to any shipping costs incurred by Security
Products, Inc. unless we are at fault.
If you paid by credit card, the charge will appear
as "RB Enterprises" on your statement. By submitting
this order you are agreeing to the terms above.
Cancelled Orders:
Orders cancelled after processing has begun will be
subject to a minimum $15.00 Cancellation Charge
in addition to any shipping costs incurred by Security
Products, Inc. |
