Warranty Information
All products available on our web site have specific warranties provided by the manufactures of these products. Security Products, Inc. will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer for labor or materials associated with the warranty replacement of these products. Please call for specific warranty information.Shipping Information
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments.Rates are for U.S. shipping only. (contiguous 48 states) Products will be shipped by UPS Ground or by a commercial freight carrier as appropriate. Please call for UPS Expedited shipping costs. International orders will be processed using UPS Expedited shipping. Please call for international shipping rates.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior consent including a "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number".Returns must be received in "like-new" condition within 10 days after the RMA is issued. Authorized returns must be freight prepaid. All claims for replacement of products, regardless of cause, must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
All returned merchandise will require a minimum restocking charge of 20% in addition to any shipping costs incurred by Security Products, Inc. unless we are at fault. If you paid by credit card, the charge will appear as "RB Enterprises" on your statement. By submitting this order you are agreeing to the terms above.
Canceled Orders
